This interactive presentation will challenge the audience to be an effective consultant in either supporting, enhancing, or in the more extreme cases, introducing IT Arch Governance into an organization.
This session will focus on:
- The Architecture Domains and where ownership/direction should be aligned.
- What are the proactive ways (rather than reactive) to achieve our vision once our scope is determined for Architecture Governance?
- Methodologies/frameworks that need to be considered in sustaining our Governance process once established.
